Since June of 2013, CrossFit Park Ave has been offering a principal strength and conditioning program that is, by design, all-inclusive, broad and scalable.

Based around group-oriented classes with experienced coaches, we employ the CrossFit methodology to meet your fitness goals, no matter what your background.

CrossFit's unique approach to training allows an individual to increase and improve capacity in the ten fitness domains: stamina, strength, power, speed, flexibility, coordination, cardio respiratory endurance, agility, accuracy, and balance.  Our programming is both constantly varied and intelligently designed.

At CFPA, you will find an alternative way to push yourself to the next level by improving on functional fitness that translates to daily activities, sports and other aspects of life.

We want to create an environment that makes our members feel at home. In addition to our main gym space, we offer a few other amenities to do just that.

- Additional open gym space so you can still get a workout in when it best fits your schedule

- For the moms and dads, we have a kid's zone to keep the little ones busy, as well as a diaper changing station and private breastfeeding area

- Mezzanine lounge space for hangouts
