Based around group-oriented classes with experienced coaches, we employ the CrossFit methodology to meet your fitness goals, no matter what your background.
CrossFit's unique approach to training allows an individual to increase and improve capacity in the ten fitness domains: stamina, strength, power, speed, flexibility, coordination, cardio respiratory endurance, agility, accuracy, and balance. Our programming is both constantly varied and intelligently designed.
At CFPA, you will find an alternative way to push yourself to the next level by improving on functional fitness that translates to daily activities, sports and other aspects of life.

Kaley Sutphen
CO-OWNER & HEAD COACH
Kaley is from Augusta, Georgia. She has a degree in Kinesiology, with a focus in Sport and Exercise Science. Kaley loves to compete and was drawn to CrossFit as an outlet for her competitive spirit!
Tyler Sutphen
CO-OWNER & COACH
Tyler grew up in Spencerport/Brockport and currently lives in the City of Rochester. He is a Firefighter/EMT with Ridge Road Fire District (if he’s not at the gym, he’s probably at the firehouse). Tyler has a passion for fitness and loves the variety that CrossFit provides.
Andrew Eckert
COACH
Andrew is a Rochester native, born and raised. He runs the CFPA Nutrition Program and holds certifications with both Precision Nutrition and Working Against Gravity. Andrew enjoys challenging himself which is why CrossFit is the perfect fit for him.
